Hi folks. I posted this on the temp forum, but with not many members posting till the new shiny forum was rolled out, I thought I'd put it up again. So what's invlolved in this and much is it going to cost me?

I've just had mine done on my WRX PPP at Nobles in Penicuik and it came in at just over £200 with SIDC discount on the parts they used.

I can't rate them high enough - really helpful bunch.

According to the sevice booklet I have, they should replace oil and filter and inspect just about everything else.

£200 notes with your discount thats bit of a rip mate.

Ian Grieves only charged me about 130-140 and done the job well and quickly and gave me a printout of everything checked and the comdition and wear on everything.

I was also quoted just over £200 for a 20,000 mile service and that was at Ian Grieve's

So will see what it costs when it goes in.

Right guys looked out my reciept my bill for my 20,000 mile service was £191.33

Its not just a oil change and check over its a brake fluid change as well or thats what it has on my printout?

John, just had mine done. Air Filter,brake fluid, spark plugs and oil and filter are the parts for replacement. just about everything else gets inspected. Plugs on a Hawkeye are a Biatch to get at I'm told by a mechanic with the back of his hands shredded!
