Tyre garage around Stirling/Edinburgh

Benn having problems with losing air from my tyres - see post here on Snet

"Take to a decent backstreet tyre place, get them to take the tyres off, rub down the inside of the rims , seal it, replace tyres and Bob's your uncle. Its usually crap and bits of rubber etc building up on the inside of the wheel that stops the tyre sitting properly. My car did it about a year ago - did the above and no probs since."

Any suggested garages around Stirling or Edinburgh that could help with cleaning the rims?
