Grounding Kits

Does anyone know where i can get a decent grounding kit like this one?...(for a new age, hawkeye) (the link is american, wonder if anyone does them here in UK?)

I have seen "generic" ones on ebay.co.uk by Monstor Mods which all connect to one

point at battery negative terminal but not sure if thats better or worse than the american impreza one which runs in a "line".

Any advice or comments welcome as usual.
