My Dad lives in Isle of Man at Laxey.He got flashed by a Gatso in Lincoln and the summons arrived at his Manx address. This was in August 2004.English Police and DVLA now have all Manx vehicle details. He made a lot of enquiries to determine how Lincolnshire Police had got his details and was advised by the officer in the case that DVLA had disclosed them on request.
