Just brought the road pilot (with frot and rear laser) the "touch" screens look very similar.

LOL Kim, you like it loud I was trying to be a little discreet, get enough stick about how I am with my car! Thought the Bailey would give me that nice subtle "whoosh" and help sort the turbo lag Maybe I need to be more extrovert

Scooby_WRX was just looking at a previous thread about gauges. Saw the pics of your interior, is that a road pilot system? If so any good cause mine is being fitted in two weeks. Got the fron and rear laser sensor aswell Cant afford to get caught a fourth time

Got a funny feeling that would screw the warranty Could be one to save for in my "post warranty" years. Does the clutch have to be uprated to cope?

My local dealer couldn't find them on the system said they didnt do them anymore! Ordered mine from Scooby World this week..... waiting for the postman to deliver. I think the ones from Scooby World are the Orciari styled ones!? I have had the Morrete head lamp conversion and i think the fog covers will finish the front styling off a treat! Will post a pick when I have fitted them.

Hi McBee I have already had this chat with both Subaru and Prodrive. The answer is....... No Prodrive dont make anything so that rules them out. It has taken me three weeks of badgering to get Subaru to let me put a dump valve on without invalidating the warranty And when I suggested I replace my filter (im only talking the filter here) they nearly passed out. It is a big fat hairy no Thought about telling them to stick the warranty but that would just be stupid (that was what the wife said anyway). So here is my plan....... save my money for the next 2 years when the warranty runs take a trip to custom scoobies get re-mapped, sort out the breathing and play with a little Nitrous

I was going to fit a Baileys dump valve because I am told these are a little more discreet. Is this correct?

Sorry for asking daft questions but.... The Nitrous obvousely gives more response does it actually increase the Bhp? If so typically by how much?

A good helpfull link Gary, Cheers! This is the next part for me to have a go at. Considering its such a great car three things get to me 1. The speakers are awfull. 2. Interior dull. 3. Breaks could be better. Or am I being picky? Think I just planned my next three projects

I find the steering very responsive on my 03 WRX. Is there a big difference between the bug eye and the new model? Or have the cars Iv ben driving ben that poor My last car was a Celica T Sport but I'm never going to tell you that again!!

Not to sure on how they rate against others but the Prodrive springs dropped mine by 25-30mm. They are superb and improved the handling greatly and even though the handling and response is so much better it isn't to harsh. So considering I do 800 miles a week in my scoob they were perfect

When I had my PPP fitted Prodrive told me to stick with 17" wheels because the traction was better. Said it was due to the shape of the tyre? That kinda persuaded me not to change, is there really any noticable difference in traction / road noise?

Just thought I would post a little "hello" to the forum. Been reading the SIDC threads for near on 6 months now and thought it was time to join. Membership arrived this morning, badge going in shortly. Never knew exactly what to do with MY03 WRX (except drive it hard) untill I found the SIDC threads. And thanks for all your help (though you didn't know it), the PPP, springs and quick shift transformed the car! And I have got my dealers to accept me fitting a dump valve under warranty.... good bunch of guys. See ya around.
