yeah currently sitting in my spare room is a walbro 255, fuel labs regulator, gruppe s headers and up pipe(all wrapped) and a wee turbo to finish it all off
-
yeah it is, i noticed i typed hypertech above, meant to say hyperflow[:S], its not hyperflow thats the problem, its the UK agent, its a great bitof kit
-
useless in the way they keep making promises of when it will be delivered, then keep coming up with excuses on why it hasnt turned up, think they have a standard list they go thru 1 by 1
bumper needs a weeee bit of trimming to fit it[]
-
cheap ones are usually just double sided taped on, my original scoob ones did the same and i replaced both, the new ones have been fine,. think it was under 30 qud for 2
-
the rad was from flat four, the cooler is from hyperflow, i would say what dealer but they are frigging useless,
-
just waiting on a few more parts then she should be back, then gone again to fit the next satge of mods sitting in my room
-
yeah i am just surprised the car was running fine, thats all, and there was plenty of tension on the belt too
there goes the excuse for the 2.5 thou
-
i know, if i had my camera i would have taken pics of it, the car was running great too, very strange
we marked where the belt came off just in case too, but lined it up with the original marks and turned it over by hand, al ok, and fired up, ran nicely
-

no locking tools needed and was pretty straight forward, all the timing marks are very clear and the subaru belt comes all marked too
-
hello, so come on whats better, scoob or pulsar[]
choose wisely[]
-
just had the belt done on the car tonight, and amazingly the original belt, as fitted by subaru in the factory, was 2 teeth out on one of the cams, we couldnt believe it. i thought that would have minced the engine, but its been running sweet.
very strange
oh and it was the driver side lower cam that was out, the other 3 were fine
-
good i will take the astra as when it it boosts its a beast and ots hard to control
-
might meet yas in the D as well, i will be in the torque monster

I wondered wot lorenzo from central cafe in kinross was grining about, then he got in to his shiney new M5, ill have to wach out for him! Havnt really seen one o these cars being guned yet!
bill clark got beat twice at crail last year by a standard m5 driven by a guy in a wheelchair, so i would say they are pretty quick as standard as bills was an 11sec skyline
-
i run mine on a mix of diesel and redex, no probs here
-
i say the hyperflow monster kit, bigger is better[]
-
cool, how much did it cost if you dont mindme asking, cheapest i have seen for the fitting kit is from performance subaru, but the reg is the most expensive on there
