Ha! this thread came up, and you know what, Ive seen him TWICE today!!!!
I thought that you never had it anymore Ken? Or was it perhaps not you driving... (Loooked like you...)
It was me, still have the car, but stopped "development" on it now, just using it as a road car, when we need it.
-
Think Ken's busy rebuilding his wee kit car at the moment to be spending much time online.
As mentioned he was at the last Abz meet.
Still here Cal, just never found anything useful to post.
Think the problem with the RO info, is that no-one has taken over, so my details are still there.

Can of worms ?
Better with a can of wadding.
-
Had Ian Forrest on the phone.
As long as the car is of "reasonable" standard then it should pass.
No oil leaks, good tyres, silenced exhast, etc.
No need for roll cage, but advised.
-
Any word what their requirements are ?
-
I emailed to ask what "track legal" meant ?
Too many options to cover.
I.e Roll cage, fire ext's, noise limit, tyre choice, electrical cut off's etc
-
No word what "track legal" is.
Might give knockhill an email and find out.
-
Not that's its going to involve the most on here, but
Knockhill is starting this:-
"In 2007 all track cars must have either an MOT certificate or a 'Knockhill Scrutineering' certificate. If you have a track car without an MOT certificate we need you to come to the Circuit on Sunday 14th January and an official scrutineer will 'certify' that your car is track legal. This will be on a first come, first served basis and will be available from 9am. Cost £25. "

Does anyone know if
"Loon Fung" on Sauchiehall Street is closed at the moment.
Was planning on taking my HK inlaws there on Friday evening. But they're not answering the phone.
-
Cheers Cal, couldn't find a machine without IE7 on it, to allow me to change it.
-
Remember additional meet this week, for those that couldn't make the first one.

Thought it was you, but just saw the car thru the traffic.

Is there a running order drawn up ?
If so can I get an early slot. As I need to head to Knockhill after my run.
