Hi Guys, Woke up Saturday morning, opened the post "INTENTION TO PROSECUTE" in big red letters at the top of the letter. After an unhappy read I realised it was the wifes car (which is registered in my name). She was caught by a polieman with a speed gun doing 36 in a 30 (after she was sent home from work for being ill). Now the nice policeman was not wearing any flourescent jacket & he was hiding behind a bridge. I understand that I need to send it back with her details on but does anyone have any suggestions? The annoying thing is when the car was being keyed 6 weeks earlier not a policeman to be seen! Also has anyone else received an "intention to prosecute" as I though you just got £60 and 3 points? Your advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys.
