Folks Was in at T&C today for a little banter.... One of the lads, mechanics, took a brand new forester for the weekend and filled her at Tesco. Loaded in the kids wife etc for a trip to Ikea Glasgow. Got to the other side of Stonehaven...Car Died......Could not find anything obvious.....Towed back to T&C for investigation. Why did the car cut out and not restart....................Fuel Filter was choked to the max!! Car has plastic tank too So beware of cheap Tesco fuel folks, not that many of us do use it but, now we know defo not to use it even in an emergancy Craig

Folks Here are the details from Japerformance re rolloing road Dyno day Nae to bad me thinks So read reply from Simon @ Japerformance and names down please Thank you for your e-mail. I shall list exactly what a rolling road day for a club entails. We do 3 runs on the dyno. 1) Club days normally start at 9:30am 2) Dyno Runs consist of 3 consecutive runs / AFR /boost and BHP at the wheels and calculated at the flywheel are printed out. 3) Owners are invited into the car and have the run explained to each owner (not a case of taking your money and getting rid of you asap. 4) pictures are taken of the car during the run and e-mailed to each owner. 5) if a decent turnout is expect (not just runners but spectators) a burger van can be requested onto site (excellent burgers) 6 dyno days cost £40/car ( this is normally £55 a run so 15 pounds off for dyno days) Not to shabby me thinks The above details are for 15 cars so lets see if we can get a few more if possible This is open to non scoobs too if interested am sure So game on for me just for a day oot!
