I get mine done at Ian grieves cause i know i can trust the guys there to look after my car. They are always comprehensive and most times i get an extra check sheet like the pre sale inspection style. Ian grieve especially charlie and the 2 Mechs are spot and on and always bend over backwards to help out. They have always been good for a a great price for servicing from a main dealer. Give Charlie a call and see what he can do if Charlie ain`t in Ryan his right hand man is spot on too and will sort you out. Me again reident pain. My dads workmate bought a 03 PPP wrx last week. And has bought Young buck`s exhaust for it. we try`d to fit the backbox and centre section last night but found out it is a classic centre section for fitting to the decat downpipe, so anyways we just left it and fitted the backbox mated to the standard center section. The backbox is a hayward and Scott jap style one. When scotty was driving to work this morning tho he noticed his CEL had came one. Question is how would a back box affect this? never ever heard of just a backbox bringing a cel on. Cheers Greig

Hi guys looking for some help fitting sti brembos to a 05 wrx are they a straight swap? ie the flexi brake lines? and also the bolts for the holding the caliper to the hub? any help would be great. Oh and if the lines are diff has anyone thats fitted braided ss lines to there sti still got the old rubber ones kicking about? Cheers Greig

Hi guys looking for some help. Got the gold sti brembos off jamis this week but what i need are the pad securing pins for these and also the metal shims that tensions agianst the pins. Any help as to where i could locate a set of these pins would be great. Even if its an old set someone has lying around. Any help on this would be great guys forboth me and jamis as he is waiting on my red four pots. Greig

Got myself a front brembo setup. Sorted discs for them. Just need pads wheres the best place to go regards price and also opinons on Red stuff, yellow stuff. Thanks Greig

Hi guys looking for some help. MY car is MY05 wrx and iv had the car decatted. Got mapped off Andy F on the 2nd of april, He said the Exhaust Gas Temp sensor would prob go on the car as thats what happened with his. Any CEL light is on and thanks to the guys At ian greives the told me it was the EGT sensor that was away. So what im looking for is how to bypass this and what size of resistor i should use? As above really going to try by calipers but need to find out rough costs for discs and pads greig are the back discs and pads the same for the sti and the wrx on the newage? Cheers Greig

was thinking of it but i think id rather not split my calipers. Id rather have the brembo set up and sell my calipers. Think ill go for the Brembos when i can find a set know of any Brian? Japperformance parts have ran out lol. Cheers Grieg

lol A thought they were around that. In a few words No chance not got that dosh floating about am thinking Gold brembos wi fresh discs and pads also ss lines and dot 5.1 fluid would do the trick well and would only cost me £600? What you guys think?
