too right, I am well chuffed. It's basically been off the road for 5 months, but still drives like a dream.

Great news. Have decided to keep the Scoob, and try and sell the Saab. Managed to get much cheaper insurance from Tesco, and with petrol prices dropping things are looking up. My wee boy is coming up for 5 months old now, so there is no great need to take the big pram everywhere with us, thus meaning the requirements for a giant boot are no longer required. Fitted a new battery today, and have been out for a long run. Looking forward to seeing all you Aberdeen types on my way to and from work again (usually in the Westhill area). Have noticed a nice red classic most mornings on the back road from Westhill to Blackburn, so if that's you, give us a wave. It's great to be back.

Hey Johnny, have decided not to sell. Trying to sell the Saab instead. The crash I had was just a minor dunt, due to very icy conditions 2 years ago. Very little damage to the actual car. However, hopefully if I can sell the Saab, the RA will be back on the road for good

I got my done a Tinthaus in Aberdeen, and they did a great job. So far, touch wood, never been stopped. Also had a crash since getting them, and had no problems with the insurance company paying out.

I say "tint it". Finishes the car off nicely.

As you may all of seen, I have stilled not managed to sell the Type RA. Only had one guy come to see it, and never had any other interest in it. This car is in great condition. If anyone knows of anybody looking for an Impreza, please get them to give me a shout. I am now looking for offers for the car. Maybe something around the £7000 mark. I may consider a straight swap for a classic shapre WRX wagon. Thanks.

He is very expensive and arrogant. Never gives the impression that he is bothered about your business or not. I bought my car from him. He makes out his cars are the best, but you can get the same elsewhere for a lot less. Never used Brain Downie, however I do recommend Glenburgie up by Forres. Liam is a really genuine chap, and will sort your car out for a good price.
