THE PLAN IS THE SAME AS LAST YEAR, A RUN THROUGH THE LIGHTS FROM NORTH TO SOUTH THIS WAY WE WILL MISS THE TRAFFIC COMING OFF THE M55 AND DOWN PAST THE AIRPORT. WE WILL BE MEETING ON AN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE JUST OUTSIDE FLEETWOOD BEFOREHAND THEN LEAVING FROM THERE TO RUN THROUGH THE LIGHTS. I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE MANAGER OF THE MCDONALDS NEXT TO THE AIRPORT TO INFORM THEM OF PEOPLE CALLING IN AFTER WE HAVE DONE THE RUN THROUGH THE LIGHTS. WOULD BE GREAT IF WE COULD GET EVERYONE TO MEET UP AGAIN IN THE MORRISONS/MCDONALDS CAR PARK AFTER THE LIGHTS RUN. I AM SPEAKING TO THE CHARITY TOMORROW MORNING AND HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BE SENDING SOMEONE ALONG AND IM HOPING TO GET SOME COLLECTION BUCKETS FROM THEM SO WILL NEED A COUPLE OF VOLUNTEERS TO WALK ROUND WITH THE BUCKETS FOR ME PLEASE. THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT ITV (GRANADA REGION) WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE ALONG WITH A NUMBER OF LOCAL PAPERS AND RADIO STATIONS. A CATERING VAN IS BEING ORGANISED TO ATTEND THE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE MEETING PLACE SO YOU CAN ALLL GET FOOD AND DRINKS. RAFFLES, T SHIRTS, EXTRA STICKERS ETC ETC ARE ANOTHER OPTION WHICH I WILL BE LOOKING INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. I WILL BE RELEASING CONVOY TIMES ETC MID WEEK AFTER SPEAKING TO THE REMAINING PEOPLE I NEED TO SPEAK TO (CHARITYS, MEDIA ETC ETC). THERE WILL BE PEOPLE AT THE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE SUPERVISING PARKING SO PLEASE OBSERVE THEM AND PARK UP WHERE ASKED TO. £5 WILL BE TAKEN ON THE GATE PER CAR SO HAVE YOUR MONEY READY ON ARRIVAL TOO PLEASE. Good bit of kit and the principle is very good and i can understand how it works. Sorry to say i have full harnesses so wont be ordering one but i hope it goes well and gets the credit that it deserves.

Yeah was a good meet, very nice bunch of people and ill be making sure im at the next one. Good to see a wide range of cars too, dont think i have even seen 2 alike in the same car park, there is always something different about them. Unfortunately mine is still at Prosport, think a few of you have seen it in there last week. Cheers for Jackie and Ant for taking me though and ill see you at the next meet and i hope im in mine.

<< Can't john help you out with this? >> Have tried mate, there is a fair bit of residue left after peeling off the stickers and due to the original stickers being put on only a matter of days after the car was sprayed i dont want to go at it too hard with TF5 or any other chemical incase it upsets the paintwork. I have a full length A pillar pillar pod to fit a classic scoob for sale. It holds 2 x 52 mm gauges. In great condition, a small crack in it though which is hardly noticelable. Looking for £40 and ill bring to the meet a week Sunday Selling because of my roll cage being hard up against my A Pillar so it wont go back in and ive had to make up cage brackets for my gauges.
