Well now you can ... thanks to a major eleventh hour decision by governing body Guinness World Records™. Basically, what started out in November 2005 as an event solely for SUV 4x4’s such as the Forester and Legacy (cars were ineligible due to a minimum ground clearance limit) has suddenly developed into someth ing far more exciting. Guinness World Records™ have indicated the original working title of ‘Longest Subaru 4x4 Procession' be amended to ‘Largest Parade of Subaru Cars’ which of course now means that all Subaru models of whatever type or powertrain are eligible! Please be aware this notification only occurred 16th March 2006, hence the extremely short notice. This being the case, please spread the word by informing fellow owners that an attempt to establish a brand new world record for Subarus will take place on 9th April 2006 based at Towcester Racecourse, Northamptonshire NN12 7HS.
