Thanks for the replies. I've had STIs in the past and they looked awesome. Being a tad older now, I'm liking the look of the Spec D! However, what are the 2.5 engines like? Obviously I've test driven it and very much enjoyed it, but I don't know a lot about the 2.5 engine. My last one was an STI8. Can't make my mind up on this one!

Hello everyone It's been 3 years since I last had a scooby, so I've been away from the site for quite a while! We've been out car shopping today and test driven a 56 reg STI Spec D. Not bought it yet - we're thinking it over. Just wondered what people think about them - so opinions please Cheers Vicky

I won't answer the door on halloween any more. I used to get a big bowl of sweets for the kids with lollies, chews & stuff, but year before last, I opened the door and there were three 14 year olds standing there. They grabbed at the bowl of sweets and took them all. I know it probably sounds a bit pathetic, but it really frightened me because I just wasn't expecting it and it was quite brutal, especially as before they turned up, I must have had at least half a dozen sets of kids round, all polite and happy and I was enjoying the evening. Since then, I don't answer the door on halloween. I draw the curtains, tape up the letter box (just in case!) and ignore the knocks.

OMG! I am not impressed with this at all. It's one thing to have opinions on the car (even if they are wrong) but to mention the club is an absolute disgrace. I will be sending an e-mail as soon as I get the opportunity. Cheeky gits

I like the H2, but not the H3. I think they're pretty cool to look at, but they pi$$ me off when the people driving them have no idea of the width and hold up all the traffic behind them.

Blimey - there's some healthy people on here! Yesterday I had: Breakfast - ceral bar at work with a coffee with 2 sugars lunch - 3 slices of toast with peanut butter Afternoon snack - kit kat Dinner - Chicken Tikka Rogan Josh with pilau rice, onion bahjis & garlic naan with extra garlic - yum! - oh and popadoms on the side with mango chutney mmmmmmmmm curry. Today is will be pretty much the same, although dinner will be fish & chips with lots of white bread & butter on the side! And there's me wondering why I've gained a couple of pounds?!
