Hi mate, both are great peeps. CAS are a top bunch and couldnt recommend them highly enough, value for money and service is excellent. Pop in on saturday, mines the dark blue Bug Eye with all the front end off. There pricing is excellent as well.

Nice motor, i nice shine up and shell be a butey. Not sure on the Twin Scroll tho. IIRC the VF34 is roller bearing version of the VF30 not the twin scroll. Its the VF28 or 29 thats twin scroll

I dont know on ride as im on Eibachs but its a little firmer so i would say the same. Speak to Steve they are around £400 fitted on all corners so four struts

They look the nuts in the flesh and miles better than standard. And cheaper than STi lights. PM me if anyones interested in having them done.

CAS will do a full set of Gas KYB struts installed for around £400. They are what ive had fitted and they feel a little firmer, and are not oil filled
