My best friend and i are goin to set up a performance parts business and have already got a few suppliers onboard the problem bein is we cannot think of a name !!!!! anybody got any ideas for a name please email me baz8328@ntlworld.com

Finally my nightmare has ended the scoob is not for sale woooohoooo Today i took both rear struts out and checked them thoroughly . to my disbelief one of the springs was sitting wrong so struts were taken apart and compared with each other the problem was found !!!!! it was a faulty lowerin spring one was about 50 mm lower and the other was 35 !! these were brand new springs so i drove to the shop to complain !! after 5 mins talkin with the supplier he is going to replace them and offer me some free stuff! WOOOOHOOOOOO i am a happy chappy !! oh and also today i took delivery of a hks ssqv so that was fitted also now the scoob has a awesome dump valve which sounds amazing

i think i have solved the knockin noise !!! i will know for sure in the mornin cos im takin both struts out !! i think there is a washer missing because there is a slight movement in the strut !! Hopefully in the mornin i will have sorted it wooooohoooooooo Scooby may not have to be sold

i am now wonderin if my springs are movin i have lowered 35 mm !! and new struts on at same time!! What do people think if this is the case how do i prevent it !! baz

soory i ment to say was if it dont get sorted soon i will have to sell my scoob (last resort ) but this noise is drivin me insane !! baz

i will check that in a bit but it sounds like metal on metal i think if it dont get sold my scoob is up for sale Please help save the scoob !!!

checked that spoiler is on tight and also tightened all the boot latch up also !! im runnin out of things to change !!

Update i took rear strut out and checked everything was ok !! All looks fine !! SO back at square one ??? Will this noise never end !!

how much and where you gettin them from?

i used brand new everything new gas struts lowering springs replaced my exhaust mountings new anti roll bar bushes and arms !!

ive had the wheels on for 6 months without no problems !! im just runnin out of ideas baz

i emptied my boot of everything and it still knocked !!! DOH im interested in this jacking thing just that ive changed my suspension over 3 weeks ago

i emptied the boot the other day so not the jack !! i even left the seats out to try and hear the noise clearer didnt help so whats this about the jackin points how can they knock baz

it sounds like its comin from the rear passenger side ! it happens when you hit pot holes or seed humps ! it happens at any speed! it sounds to me as its comin from the rear suspension strut but they are all brand new and ive re checked everything i could to make sure all is tight i dont know what to do?? please help baz
