oh dear - Jacqui used to prep Sweet and sours , Curries , Spanish Chicken , Hot Pots , Chilli's etc.............whack in oven when you come home - get some Chippies or do some Tatties
get Lorna to make dishes for tea...............thats what Jacqui did - prepped them all on a Sunday - put in Fridge and then warm them up during the week..............saved a fortune
