I dont think the Godspeed 335mm upgrade will work with the STI Brembo caliper,they do some two piece discs similar to the A.P strapdrive discs for about £400,these are supposed to be near impossible to warp because of the 2 piece construction but I dont know anyone who has tried them. I would also be interested to hear any recommendations for STI brakes as mine is booked in for some new discs and pads in a couple of weeks but if someone can recommend a really good cost effective upgrade I would be tempted to go for it.

I have had loads of problems with L+V,they got really snotty when I put UK300 lights on my old WRX,they even made some comment about where will it end and will I be fitting neons next!!! At first they threatened to cancel my policy but after a heated discussion with a manager they let me have the lights. When I bought the STI they werent even interested in the Tracker or anything,they really seem to have gone down hill over the last year or so. My policy expires in a month and I WONT be renewing it. I have had a very good quote from Greenlight but I am also going to try A-Plan.

Rasher,the car in the Avatar isn't actually mine, its one of the ones you can choose when setting up your profile but it is absolutely identical to mine I suppose it could even be a photo posted up by a previous owner! I have actually grown to love the Bugeye STI's,you dont see many around. I see most of the meets seem to be at the Stamford Arms,which town is this in and what time do things usually get going? I have attempted to p.m Blue Boy but as yet have not had a reply so perhaps he is busy,or maybe he didn't receive it.

Hi everyone,I have just signed up for the forums and am very interested in becoming a member of both the SIDC and CADS. I have owned three Subarus, a 98 wagon in silver, an 02 WRX in dbm with uk300 lights and a Prodrive exhaust and my latest one is a beautiful 02 STI Prodrive edition finished in world rally blue and fitted with a PPP, 18 inch pff7's, Defi gauges, Prodrive springs and a few other bits and bobs! I am really interested in attending the CADS meets but dont know when and where they are held. Dan.
