  1. It is 6 speed, it doesn't feel fast like a Scooby of similar power. It is too easy though to overdo the acceleration and you're too fast for your gap on that road.
  2. Bit dirty, but it is a workhorse, not a showhorse. Mods are fuel pump, exhaust, remap. 1.8 bar midrange, 1.5 bar at 7000. I used full throttle in 4th on the first overtake IIRC, but I behaved after that because of all the cameras and accidents on that road.
  3. Rather nice looking GT Four it was too
  4. £40? johnbanks@dsl.pipex.com Also have a bling bling Cusco catch can... Not all the original hose is there. I had hosepipe on my car for three years, good talking point LOL. Can1 Can2 £30 plus postage, or collect.
  5. As pictured. About £150 new. £50, can't be bothered posting it though, collect Fife. Has a speaker cable and remote turn on lead. VERY loud for its size and power. Pic1 Pic2
  6. No criticism Matt, few years since I did one, and I was learning (& relearning) the very same lessons through the day which allowed me to actually make use of the power to improve performance compared with some other cars which were previously out cornering me and hence making a mockery of me running 400 BHP, AP brakes, P1 suspension and lots of Whiteline bits etc
  7. Nice vids. The WRX was taking better lines through the corners, interesting to see the results in play of this. To my relatively inexperienced eye you stayed quite wide until you got to the turn in cones, and then trimmed your line so that you didn't apex too early and run wide on the exit. As a result you got more power down by taking better lines.
  8. Pete, could you add me to the list please? Cheers.
