hi ive got a 01 sport special. people have putting a uni chip into the sport. it offered very little gains only better fuel encomomy, piperx only do a viper kit for the Phase 1 sport, best thing to go for is a K&N Gen II kit ..i had one ..good quality kit as u prob no the sport also has 2 cats... on the phase 2 the cats are joined on 2gether with a prob on the first car. best thing to do is take out ur 2nd cat and fit a straight threw centre section with backbox,, this will give ur sport a nice deep tone,,if u decat both it will sound fairly raspy hope this helps

i ended up popping along , i didnt even relise there was a sidc meet,,,i was in the yellow sport special with black wheels, i just parked up at the end lol the mazda 323 4x4 turbo was doing sum nice tricks!
