as title, i am this close to saying stuff sidc, why? there are too many cleaks (or seem to be), to much in fighting which is doing nothing for the club ... if folk login for the first time and see whats getting said .... they will poss say ... stuff joining that. Am in the same zone myself but kind of different. Heres why. This forum. Terrorists in particular whom ive not had the plesure of meeting (been at most events and all Glasgow,Ayrshire meets) and surprise surprise non of them attend anything. My point well as an active member trying my best to improve a stuck in the past twilight zone club to whom neons are not put on Subarus and oh no we cant possibly attend that event were to good for it .......Bollocks.Without progress no new members will join and where will that leave SIDC ? Everytime I post an idea , these terrapests stomp in and slate my ideas and why only them and those like them have the answer to this. Everyone I have met (and there are a few) have not seemed cleaky to me and i enjoy thier company (most of the time) but thes forums seem to unleash all sorts of trouble. Any new members please come along to the events and meets , meet the guys and girls were not cleaky and will talk to anyone. As for all the crap on these forums ...ignore. Already spoken to Imy via p.m , but to let everyone else Know I'll find out the relivant details and pass them on to Gail as highly recomended by Imy and let her sort you out . Matt I dont think just showing up and getting enough space will do at this particular event. As an official Sidc event Muddy is quite insistant that we do things properly A wee phone call in the right ear will ensure a quallity venue for the scoobs rather than being stuck behind the toilets My car will be on another stand but this is part of the club that I am keen on showing and this is why this thread has been created, there are other shows threwout 2005 that Sidc are also keen to attend ie. This is one of the larger events at crail and as such i feel the sidc should have a stand to display our pride and joys .We are lucky enough to own and drive such a quality mark made to be displayed (i liked that ) and a lot of us enjoy Crail as a day out. My own car is on display elswhere but it would be good for the SIDC to get out in public and mingle withthose who are far beneath us Muddy the show organiser is keen to help with these events ..any takers ?
