I lost a bit of mine coming back from Rallyday on Sat. Some it was left on the M25, the other bit that was rubbing against the tyre, so I cut off. I phoned Walldonway Subaru on Monday who told me to bring it down. They were very sympathetic, & said that they would order a new one. I asaked about the tyre which was worn on the inside & whether it would be covered by warranty as well. Bruce the service manager said he would ask his area manager as he wasn`t sure. Result: I picked it up this evening & was told that it had never happened to a Subaru before & that I must have hit something to tear it loose, (absolute rubbish) & if I wanted 2 new front tyres they would cost me £156 + fitting & balancing + VAT. As you can imagine my language was unprintable & to get my car back I had to pay £150 for a new liner. My question is, Has anyone had a similar experience with the front liner? If mine is not an unique experience, I shall write to International Motors Anyone else out there?

I would like to add my thanks as well, I`ll look forward to another convoy ( why was I at the back!). I got one too, will fit tomorrow. Slight drama on the way home - the plastic inner wheel arch decided to come loose & the tyre picked the back of it up & pulled most of it forward & under the tyre. Result? 1/2 of it left on the M26 (nearly home) & the other half dragging next to the tyre. By the time I stopped & cut the rest off with a Stanley Knife it had b*ggered the inside of the tyre. Thank you Subaru for the warranty. 1 new wheel arch trim & 2 new tyres (Pirelli Zero Nero)

De-tangoed front & rear lights.Just taken off the side repeaters to do those & I can`t see how to get them apart to change the bulbs. The car is 2004 WR1 (same as STi). Can anyone help?

Morning all, Ive fitted the boost gauge (on the `A` Pillar) & the vacuum hose is in the engine bay but I`m not sure what to connect it to. There is a vacuum pipe going from the turbo to a gismo & then to the inlet manifold. Is this the one? any help much appreciated.
