Merry Christams all.. I'm looking into buying a set of these for the car. Does anyone know how these are illuminated. Are they LED lamps similar to the skyline/evo? I fancy a set of rear cluster lights that are lit by LED`s but having a problem tracking them down. If anyone has a photo of what the morette rear lights look like in the dark, that would be great. Regards, Gary. Have a good one!!!!!!!!!![<)]

Don, As far as Nightclubs in Lerwick.. Hmm.. You definatly didn`t miss anything.. You kinda wipe your feet on the way out... Yes, we do have a bit of a wind problem... Can get pretty hairy.. we had gusts over 100mph here a Sullom Voe only a couple of weeks ago... Mental.. We have an annual meet at Unst Aerodrome (Formaly RAF Saxa Vord) with the Shetland Motorsport Club. For such a small island we have loads of different cars ranging from toyota starlets upto Skyline R34`s and a fair amount of Impreza`s.. I`m sure one is over the 400bhp mark.. Maybe a Shetland branch of SIDC?????? Gary.

<< I'm having problems with my phone line which results in.................. >> Hi Gordon, I had the same problem a while back..... to cut a long story short it turned out to have been cause by lightning. The line had been hit and fused 4 of the available 5 pairs to the house. Once they had been changed over it was fine. Another tip would be to phone BT and have them up the gain to the house.. That may help too.. Hope this helps... Cheers, Gaz.

Totaly agree with John! I got winter tyres from my employer for running back and forth from work during the winter months here in Shetland. I have to admit that I would never have even thought about winter tyres, but now they are on the car in Novemebr and off in March. What a difference they make!!!!!! I thought I would try them on a snow covered road.. Doing about 40 I slammed on the brakes... The car just ground to a halt.. Not sliding or anything!!!! I currently have two Pirrelli SnowSport 240`s on the back and two Toyo Snowprox S950 on the front for extra bite... A great combination.

Alrighty! I`m looking for some info on where the nearest rolling road/diagnostics facility is to Aberdeen. I`m planning on shipping my car down from Shetland to get it checked out. Any suggestions? Cheers.
