  1. Great pics John, really sorry I could't make it. Property hunting is very time consuming. What's the mid-engined beasty?
  2. Good pics, John and Muddy[] Very well done SIDC[][] Sorry I missed it, maybe next year.
  3. Lovely car, can't beat wind in the hair[] What hair? [:$]
  4. I don't mind Alton Towers, I'm sure you'd get plenty from Midlands wherever you decide.
  5. Saw this. Got friends over there, luckily they went to their daughters in New York and missed it, don;t know what their house is like though.
  6. Ah, missed that [:$] but mainly put it on re: the co-driver joke. After all his trials and tribulations this year he can still have a laugh.[]
  7. Taken from MN, Petter has re-signed with Subaru for another 3 years, which is great news. In the interview with him, he was asked, "And what about Phil Mills, your co-driver for another 3 yrs?" Petter, "I'd have preferred a 40 kilos woman with big tits and long blond hair but Phil's perfect" Good Man, glad to see he hasn't lost his sense of humour in spite of all the disappointments this season.
  8. No M8, the NHS is already picking up the pieces. We don't want them any longer than is necessary.
  9. Looks nice M8, and welcome to the club. Glad you are getting rid of the stickers, the boy racer 47 first I hope.[:$]
  10. Forgot to say, the Stenson Bubble is on the edge of Derby, Landlord reckons we could park up to 200 cars (its a big place), next to the canal, plenty of accomodation and campsites nearby.
  11. Great idea, Wilky. As a midland-scoobie'er I'll put a link to this on our board and see what the guys can come up with. My immediate thought would be The Stenson Bubble, nice pub, big field, scooby owning landlord, but you didn't want a meeting place. But it's a thought anyway. http://midlandschat.proboards33.com/index....read=1151360688
  12. Fabulous event, went for the first five years, really miss going. Going to try and get down next year. Even the wife likes it, she kept snogging Stirling..............................................No taste LOL
  13. EXCELLENT[] Anything to pee off the jocks and the locals.
  14. Brilliant, I think I'll copy and paste it to My favourite company..................Dell[:@][8o|]
  15. Oh Sh@t, that was bent like a banana. Just shows, don't skimp on safety items.
  16. Just tried the above, the connection lasted for all of 2 minutes!!! Re. the MAC addresses, it plays up whether one or two computers are on. Router is now in the bin and we'll get another on Saturday (NOT from PC World)
  17. Lovely pics M8, and a greay looking car. I followed you part of the way up to Sandbach, (DBM Bugeye) admired it then[H]
  18. Many thanks for your help, guys. The probability is that it is the router but I will try the timeout solution first......but not tonight. I'll let you know. Thanks again.[]
  19. Hi All. Question for you techies out there. We are having massive trouble with the internet and need advice. Got two computers set up with a Netgear wireless router, but both are hardwired. Got AOL as our ISP. We keep loosing our connection, sometimes after only being on for a few seconds. The power light is on but the internet "on" light flashes and goes out regularly. I have now connected the BT Voyager modem to one computer and the connection is fine, if slightly slower. The router did seem to get very hot on its top surface. I am assuming that it is kaput but is there any way to test it? If it is can anyone recommend a replacement? Cheers Guys (and gals).
  20. OK Phil, no probs. Gutted for him and the team though. Sounds like it is due to the tyres.
  21. WOW!! what a load of power from an A series. AWESOME Track was Curborough, Bill Sollis driving.
