ok i picked up my new project , a 98 uk wagon with a blown engine , i knew it had one or two thing done ie back box and that but on closer inspection it had a full decat system and down pipe , ok ish speed line alloys and the cherry on the cake , tein adjustable coilovers !!!! pmsl i thought it sat low cause the tyres where fooked but i spotted the adjustable top mounts , so for once something good happened to me lol just thought id share lol

Hi all just thought id say hello , pickinh up my new toy (project) sunday , im buying a turbo 2000 with a nacked engine so hopfully hear is where the fn starts lol .just need to decide what engine to chuk in .

well mine is a 1995 N classic with 260 i didnt know they did a 280 bhp wrx i just though that was an sti ?ive had two wagons befor witch both have the td04 and where only 220bhp the wrx is a totaly diffrent car well worth the upgrade .

nice car , gona have to see one inv the flesh befor i make my decision weather i like it or not .

well the wagon is one of them marmite things love it or hate it , i love it lol , its just diffrent i surpose got to be one of the best looking performance estates around

Gues what ..... im a scooby owner have been for the past 3 days actully lol i brought the wagon pictured above im very very happy with it love the drive , the noise , the way it looks every thing im over the moon .

Well Ive now done 20 miles on nearly a quarter of a tank thats from half a tank not got the misses or babie in the car so can have some fun , I'm very pleased with the car i love the waste gate chatter i get and i love the speed i love the looks not alot i don't like oh i know one think £1.09 a liter for optimax this has to stop ! lol .

Went to look at it tonight, and brought it it's a silver wrx wagon very clean and tidy , few mod's done to it , i will post some pic's tomorrow for you to look at , but im very happy with it and only used a quater of a tank to do 90 miles lol .

I used to drive a 90 535i sport , 94 325i coupe , 98 540i manual , and the last was a 95 M3 best all rounder loved the power the noise every thing about it had to sell to pay some debts , i got the insurance for 900 with my dad as name driver im only 23 so they wont touch me evan though ive had performance car's the past 3 years with out any claims but i was expecting that , hmmm jun ill have to do some research find out to confirm.

Ill do all the propper checks i cant afford to buy a lemon so i ll see what its like if its as good as the owner says i should be a proud scooby owner , i cant belive im actully this close to getting on considering ive hated them for so long due to being so common i dont mean it in a nasty sense just strange, though i was a bmw man thru and thru lol well ill update you tomorrow on weather i get it or not .

HMMMM sounds strange can you imagine an astra getting the traction with that kind of power to pull a low 12 ? ive never seen it done to be fair , ive seen a 400-500 bhp 3 door do it but thats with 4 wheel drive ask for a print out of his timing slip i might be totaly wrong and missing the point but hey im new lol

I might just buy a wagon and then show her lol im pretty sure ill buy a good one for 3k as they are about just got to sift thru the plentyfull shed's that are out there done it once or twice befor with more exspencive cars just take long i think thanks for the welcome best ive ever recieved thanks u lot

Thanks for the nice welcome i think i might miss the wagon and go for the saloon the misses doesnt like em so i might just do as im told lol , i know 4wd doesnt make you invincable ive had 2 celica gt4's and they could be a hand full at times and an m3 so im used to steering the rear just got to watch the pull from the front lol , ill find a nice one fingers crossed so ill see

Nah yours sounds like a nice car mate , no it has to be a turbo one ive had few turbo cars in the past and pretty quick cars not to long back so need some thing to keep me entertained if you know what i mean .

Hello im new to the subaru sceen , im hunting for a nice wagon and have 3k to spend what am i to expect for my 3k a ragged not looked after car ? or do you think ill find a decent one ? or shall i just save some more and wait ?
