hi arron im at the point where i think my rear springs are shot when you load your car up ,and i mean 4 up ,full tank and luggage does it rub on the rear because mine does with 28 - 32 unladen it feels very stiff and safe now i am replacing the rubbers on the back bar like you said can i get stiffer spring but not lower it ,if so which make come in best thanks inadvance

hi pele i ment that i have just found these if some 1 has a cav then they can have them for £25 i would only put reds on the scoob talking off which just ordered so from local parts store they are cheeper than most only by a few quid but it all add up see you on friday (i hope )

hi all just found these they are ebc v4 green stuff for a sri 16v front my car was a M REG car that the one that takes all the v6 bits they cost around £ 55 your for £25 when i fitted them i put them together with the grooved and potted disc and they were excellent . pm me or leave reply i will get in touch take it easy

hi there yeh i thought £250 for the plastics but i think he is taking for the labour to take them off ,and as P pointed out i can leave them with him after i take them of myself. rest of the damage is covered so can get some moneys back on the wheel and get the bonnet done for nothing .
