could someone please explain how this works??????????? i dont understand how a clutch plate with less friction pads(3-4 or 5) works better than one with the friction plate that goes all the way round ie. standard????

ive got a my98 fully de-catted with a scorpion back box, is there a better performing back box out there thats not massively loud ?
