the remap would sort out the overfuelling, but what is causing the other faults?

only just read your thread so no need to shout. my initial comment is that is the new ecu compatible with your model car? Bit difficult to diagnose, but i would say correct on the overfuelling with the 440's in as the ecu will be running injector duty for smaller injectors and will therefore overfuel. send Petenofear a pm as he is in yeovil and has contacts at a subaru garage nearby.
