My 2001 Sport Special has developed a clutch judder when cold. I reported it to my local dealer who advised me they would speak to Subaru UK about replacing it under the manufacturers warranty.
Subaru UK have refused to replace it due to the mileage (58k). I accept that this mileage is high, but it is all motorway driving and the problem is judder, not slippage.
I accepted Subaru's outcome but have since heard that there has been a known problem with the clutch assembly and flywheel!!!! Has anyone heard of or had any problems.
