this is my old scoob, plate isnt on there anymore. Got talking to the new owner on SN and he is from the glasgow area, will point him in the direction of scottish scoobs on SIDC.

was it this 1 by any chance?

i need to find out a bit more about modding an astra. just recently had to change my scoob for a 2.0l turbo astra and even though it is quickish in standard form, still not a patch on the scoob.

this week there is a nice clean looking DBM classic in the block next to where i'm staying, with an SIDC sticker. looks and sounds lovely fella :thumb: if you see an astra with the number plate S555 flashing you, it's me.

scooby princess...oh the memories!!! and i have plenty of those, mostly good Nick, you take care on that thing matey, have had bikes when i was younger, but dont trust myself now....i'm bad enough with 4 wheels!! lol

couldnt be doing with a sport....nothing wrong with them, but couldnt drive a non turbo scoob after having 2 turbos....just wouldnt be the same.

cheers guys, even though the astra is also a 2.0 turbo, it only has 170bhp so nowhere near as quick as either of my scoobs. Will still have my scooby number plate on the astra (S555 ESC) to make it easier for you scoob drivers to know why i'm flashing at you!!! lol

Hi all, What with the birth of Bobby and work havent been on here for a while. But now that it's official i would just like to say good bye. After 7 years of scooby ownership, along with the highs and plenty of lows, my scooby ownership came to an end today It has been awesome having the 2 scoobs i have had and have met and made many friends both on here and SN, who i would have never met had it not been for the scoob. Doubt i will be at any shows etc for the time being, but who knows may pop up at the odd meet or 2. Anyway enough rambling from me, it's been an awesome experience. Take care all, and drive safe.
