well it all happend rather fast and wasnt meant to happen until the new year but i now own yet another scoob. its a red L reg wrx, which has been extremly well looked after and loved and not abused like the last one we bought but hey learn by your mistakes eh!! it has not really all that much done to it alloys which ill be swapping for the 18s in the shed, chrystal indicators, 4 pots!!!! i can actually stop LOL, and a bloody stupid alarm that doesnt like me and insists on going mad whenever i go near it, it also locks all the doors as soon as you hit 30?? tv/dvd player which the kids are loving. but honestly this car is gleaming the inside is as new. we are all very impressed and have started planning what we are going to do with it once we sell the black wrx, but who knows what else santa may bring?? pics are from for sale advert and do not do this car justice!!! IT IS RED AND NOT PINK AS THESE PICS LOOK will get better pics this weekend http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d55/lesscoob/e0d3_1.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d55/lesscoob/ccf9_1.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d55/lesscoob/b409_1.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d55/lesscoob/b409_1.jpg opinions and ideas welcome

the car is driven differently by myself and les?? if im driving with kids in the car then it is done sensibly with the foot put down on cluny road to hit a few bumps lol which they love, when im on my own i do admit to going a wee bit faster than i really should but why have the power if you cant use it sometimes?? however we have just had a new clutch put in and the cars f**ked up again so there may be a wee surprise under the bonnet by next week!! so car is stuck in the driveway

just a little something i have been working on
lescazscoob replied to jonnyb80's topic in Scottish Scoobies
i think they look brill you got the scoob yet?? -
im affraid the 2 pots will have to do for now as i dont have the money that some do on this site to upgrade them, yet i will be the first to admit though after a few hard braking corners etc the middle pedal does have a tendancy to feel like its made of wood lol which should make for an interesting lap lol nankangs will be shredded by sthe summer time next year and will be replaced with some yokos or perhaps some toyo proxes

used a very light grade wet and dry paper to get rid of the nasty bubbles that were coming through then used a little fine suface treatment to fill the blemishes after all was set and as smooth as poss 3 coats of gloss black and 2 coats of laquer were applied they aint 100% perfect but they are pretty close and as for the tyres they are just what came on them when i bought them from ebay for the huge sum of £25 plus p+p and will probably be dead long before the trip to the ring so will definatly be getting changed.
-
well they have been lying around for long enough so i gave them a bit of a refurb myself and bolted them on today. they started out like this. what do you think? im not getting rid of the 18s just these are more practical the car is more agile and accelerates better and these will be what she is wearing when i make my trip to the nurbergring next summer.
