Cant go into details due legal reasons but i can say for the past 5 months i have been taking a company to court and have just recieved a call from my solicitor say that they wish to settle out of court! Final amount is being negotiated as we speak! I can't believe it - it was'nt about the money just the principle and to say that i and others will not tolerate their behaviour!
