Exactly how I and most other people would see it is well, I can understand Grants reasons for wanting it at that price, that’s very clear but it was a simple mistake in the price and I have been honest with Grant and told him so. Threatening companies because you are a member of SIDC and Scoobynet will not do the clubs image any good imho, i'm quite sure none of the owners or moderators approve this type of behaviour though.
Jamie Dougster John Paul thank you for your support, yes I thought SIDC would be a good place to invest in too since I know a lot of SIDC members buy from my website (thank you) I have been planning to contact Phil next week for a long time because I have 50 front mount intercoolers arriving on Monday for the classic Impreza and would have liked to offer some of them to SIDC. If I am being advised it would be a good investment then I will speak to Phil again, can I assume there will be no more problems then with certain members; I can still see slander in this thread by drb5.

There you go again with the slander drb5, is this a bad post? No. A customer is asking for some advice on product he purchased. What I am doing here is taking the time to communicate to that customer, this is not an attempt to keep or loose any customers, it's called communication, so the customer will have a better idea of what’s going on rather than be left thinking differently, no one is on the defensive here, more like to correct you on a few points, other companies run their business the way they want to, if they have poor after sales service that is up to them, if no one has told them about the problem then how can they reply, I’m quite sure most companies would like the opportunity to put straight any customers queries concerns or problems.

I only come on the forums when a customer tells me about the thread otherwise I would have no idea they existed, if a customer tells me, then I don’t bother replying or doing anything, how’s the customer going to feel? Most of your comments drb5 are malicious gossip and personal attacks which need attended to.
