Heres the video footage, not too bad for someone who hasn't driven a car for over 10 years

As some of you may know i treated my dad to a drive in a Aston Martin DB9 as a birthday present Well today was the day and we set off to Prestwold Hall near Leicester midday and got there about 3pm, dad signed in and had a briefing and then it was time for a lap of the circuit by a instructor in of all cars a WRX (wasn't the fastest colour though) After the lap it was time for the real deal this is what he had to drive absolutely lovely Dad did a few laps and good on him he was pushing it (unlike some) and managed to overtake a few cars and before he knew it, it was all over way too soon but he throughly enjoyed it He has a DVD with picture in picture footage of the track and him driving and a few professional photos (which i'll try to scan later) to remember the day Heres a few of the other cars that were there (the Lambo was beautiful and sounded wonderful)

I actually did my first track day at Castle Combe on RE070's in the wet and if i'm honest they weren't too bad

Cheers for that, just been and checked it out and it looks like a building called Lime Tree House but as you said there is a lay-by just after the Farningham roundabout on the left by the entrance for Charton Manor Farm which would be much better so we'll use that

No idea but it's the only pub on that stretch of road about half way down, it's on the right if your going down the hill

There used to be a quality upholster in Crystal Palace, when you go from the roundabout down the hill past the sports ground towards Anerley it was on the left hand side but i can't think of the name of it apart from it started with a C, haven't been that way for years so they might be gone, sorry not much help really
