My water temp has always been directly in the middle so looks a little low in my opinion , my fuel usage has taken a bit of a hit tho since going rotated .

Welcome to the Club and looks a lovely unmolested model, you did well by the looks
Tony
Well Mr Tony it depends on what you call un molested , 18" Rims, A/P brakes and a front mount intercooler. I would love to own a car like that.
I really like the number plate angle to provide flow to the cooler

Glad to see the young uns enjoying the Subaru brand and talking in a way that I can understand . So welcome David

Can bolts like this not be warmed up, also ive had some success tightening the bolt first and going back ward and forward,
Ive also welded a bar to the bolt, gets it hot and give some leverage.

Acid dip for sure .
When sand blasting cars ,shards of sand get broken off in the metal and start the rusting process straight away .
Other types of media such as bead or coco shell are better so ive heard .
About the cage , as I said ive only thought about one after seeing some really nice ones .

Well done Don!

Andy Carr has been very good with Joe TBH
By chance do you know if maps the link g4?

Ive heard good and bad about both of those twos, nothing about about their mapping skills, but about their ability to communicate.

depending on where you are I can tell you if a car has had a prang, if your worried , I was a panel beater for many years and the way of telling if its had a bad one is to look closely at the sills , most pulling systems use a four point clamping arrangement that grips on the sills which nearly always leaves a tell tale sign such as auto robot .
I can also tell you whether or not its factory sealant used on repairs probably from good photos

It’ll be interesting to see how it turns out with the standard cams.
What clutch are you running currently & what might you replace it with if needs be?
Interestingly I've been experiencing some clutch bounce it's an act xtreme clutch rated to 640 ftlbs its been amazing 55k odd I've done at close to 4/500 hp.
So I think the decision has been made to pull the motor and refresh it, do the cams and fit the vernier pully and change the clutch.
But this is roughly what it will look like
Got a nice PM today
