Hi db scoob - bought my first Subaru in Dec 2012, a standard WRX - no modifications completely standard. It was a 2004 blob-eye and I loved it. Part-xd it in Nov 2014 (but we wonder linger on that error of judgment). Bought my current car at the end of May and I love my car. I drive a 2004 Subaru WRX WR1, no.44 of 500. A limited edition model launched by Subaru to celebrate Petter Solberg's success in WRC. It's a completely different car to the WRX, for a start it's got almost 100bhp more, so the acceleration is startling! I hope you love your scoob as much as I love mine. You're not exactly local to me - I live in Cambridgeshire.

Hi Dave I picked up my WR1 at the end of May. I had 2004 WRX prior to that which I bought from a dealership in Sunderland and the WR1 is a completely different drive. Enjoy your Scoob, you won't want to drive anything else. There are some great websites for everything you need. See you around

Couldn't imagine life without a Scooby. Sold my last one in Nov 2014 and regretted it every day until I got the WR1. Must be in the blood or something, or maybe its petrol pumping round our veins?
