There a thread for the fling?

I was with Elephant/Admiral for a couple of years with a bavarian meat wagon, they covered me on a standard hawk wagon for approx £800/yr but wouldn't cover me at all if I added an ecu remap. Bit annoying as I'm 35 years old with no points living in a nice area with car on driveway. Had only owned the car about 4 months so maybe that's why. Ended up with Sky, few hundred £ cheaper and when adding mods for exhaust/filter/remap it didn't go up by much. Tried Greenlight too but they struggled to get me a decent quote as my annual milage was over 10k.

That's a good banker to have for next time you're in the dog house. mrsb had a go in mine and kept flying up behind people after junctions and complaining "why are they all accelerating so slowly?", she's only ever driven diesel shitboxes before lol

Cheers all, mrsb is expecting at the moment so opportunity for trips are a bit limited. I do work occasionally in Scotland so if it's around time of the fling I might be able to head up. Probably be in a hire car though

I live in Witney near Oxford, would quite like to live in Scotland one day but just occasional trips at the moment. Roads were amazing up there. The colour pretty much sealed the deal

Hi all, Joined up on recommendation from a mate Col, I had been lusting after his wagon for a few years and came across this one with very low milage in great condition so snapped it up. Went on a tour of the highlands last summer and loved it, pic below in it's natural environment! At the moment it's much stock apart from some cosmetics, might get Litchfield to fiddle with it this year if funds allow. Cheers, Matt
