  2. The really annoying thing is that's where u started but seemed too good to be true, that and like you said they are corroded beyond belief
  3. You don't need to remove the caliper? Is it just the two pins at the top then? All the things I seem to find on google etc point to removing the caliper...

Hi guys and girls, so I have been attempting to change the pads on my bug eye wrx after about an hour of trying I finally got the top caliper bolt undone, I then went in to the bottom one and was surprised as it seemed to move freely after a couple of attempts... I took a closer look and found it was rounding, not good, to that end any advice how to get this bolt off and where to find replacement bolts Regards Chris

Afternoon ladies and gents, just a quick question (or two), the last month or so my car has been making a metallic noise while driving, im thinking brake pads as it becomes intermittent under breaking but its constant while driving, also it has just started pulling off to the left under heavy breaking, not massivly, but definatly noticable, checked tyre pressures just to make sure i wasnt noobing it before posting Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated, im of an electrical mind not mechanicle so mechanics for begginers in replys please....
  6. Alreet guys, im driving a 2002 bug eye WRX in silver, alot more fun than the vectra estate i owned before this one. Will try and get pics up shortly ans it need a good clean. Chris
