About DRS

  1. Hi There, I have a 10 month old CS400 with 2000 miles on the clock. I generally only use it about twice a week. For about 2 months everytime I've tried starting it the battery has been dead. Anyone else have this problem. Would the battery be covered under warranty as it should last longer than less than a year. Thanks

  3. I'll be the using the Cosworth Impreza when it's too cold to cycle.
  4. Just google Pro-race 1.4s. They look nothing like the ones on the CS. The ones they used are the cheaper 1.2s, typical Suabru spend a fortune on the engine and put cheap s***t wheels on the car and charge us £50k Anyway I'm off to put them on e-bay.

  6. Sorry for jumping on you its been along week! I a bit peeded off as my aircon has stared playing silly buggers today.
  7. I haven't got any pics at the moment sorry I will take some when I have given the car a clean. It's been a bit wet around here so they need a good wash. Money wise what would you be prepared to pay!
  8. Another great Subaru dealer eh? I will never buy car from Burells Doncaster ever again. 5 months and problems from day one still not sorted.
  9. To be honest I fancied some flowformed or forged wheels like RAYS Gram Lights or Compmotive/Speedlines. As far as I know the Team Dynamics/Rimstock Pro Race alloy on the CS are cast. In the original garb from Subaru they listed the wheels on the CS as Pro Race 1.4s, which are forged, but the ones on the CS are deffo not them. They look like 1.2s which are cast alloy and not as light weight.
  10. Hi, I have been thinking about wheels for my CS400 Cosworth and was wondering if anyone would be interested in the ones of mine.
  11. Hi, When I collected my new CS400 from Buerells in Doncaster (60 on the clock),I was searching through the owners manual for the engine running in procedure. The Subaru "Salesman" told me not to worry as they have been told to run the cars in by doing so many miles hard driving and so many gentle driving and that it was run in. I thought this a bit strange but took him at his word. The car has now covered 1200 and whilst I have not canned the car I have shown a few people what it can do, I was flicking through he owners manual last night and came to a running in procedure section advising not to pass 4,000 revs(unless in an emergency) until I had done 1000 miles. I am pretty p***ed off about this as I always run in my cars to the letter. Sorry I always seem to moaning but I am not in happy place at the moment! How as anyone else run theirs in?
  12. Is anybody having problems getting their Cosworth Impreza serviced. My local Subaru dealer does not seem interested. What? A dealer who isn't interested once they have had your money I hear you ask. Are they scared of serving high performance cars??? Garages do not seem to want follow on business any more, even when you have spent £50k
  13. Has your CS400 got any marks around the arches or am I just unluky?
