  1. not sure because I have had a wee break away I need to reintroduce myself lol cant seem to get into any other parts of the forum,strange thing is I have not created a new account or anything. any way hi fellas lol
  2. Well good to know lads, just thought maybe it could affect the fuel pressure, if no side effects then I can scratch that off the "to do" list.
  3. Anyone had/have the issues of going in for petrol and unscrewing the cap and it releases air out on doing so? any ideas what it would be?
  4. Cheers guys Andy asked me to regap plugs a bit tighter 0.6 so done that and so far so good.
  5. I have had a misfire on pot 1, and have been advised to regap plugs a bit tighter to 0.6
  6. No dont have ppp, but thanks for all replys especially Don well handy that mate, but turns out the little red light on my fob is stuck on and it wasnt pairing with the car, so think its ****ed tbh.

So the Car went to Meercat and Wullie built a snakehead downpipe into a 100 cel race cat and I already had the 3" ss to the back, I have then spent a fine afternoon with Andy reprogramming my ECU and wow the car flys now he even created a dual map feature so a double tap of the demister button means I can detune her to low boost or another double tap means she's running on High boost!! Awesome!!!! well happy!!!! sounds great can hear the turbo spool up and no goes like a *******.... BUT the misfire on cylinder no1 has returned but its only hills that cause it?!?!?! WTF!!!!! the trip back from Andy's to Helensburgh is pretty flat, and I gave it some welly (racing a porche and beat the prick lol) with no issues, next day my partner is driving it like miss daisy and it throws a code going up a slight hill in 4th gear, any ideas, Oh I already swapped the coil packs round with another cylinder, so know its not the pack. ps 4th ger racing the porche with my new torque/ horse power figures was scary LOL

Alright guys,enlighten me here, one of my key fobs is fine unlocks/locks car disables/enables alarm/imobiliser but the 2nd one does not, Got new batteries for it as it didnt work afaik, I got new batteries in it and now the wee red light is on constant but does Jack shit, does it need to be re-paired to the car, and if it does how, as I dont know the pin to the number pad thing that flips down in the driver side, so how would I put my owm pin number in it when I dont know the original? hope you's can help
  9. theres been a change of plan and I appreciate the advice on the uppipe, I am now going to Meercat in Kilburnie on Sunday for a snakehead downpipe 100 cell and rear decat pipe, I will ask them about the up pipe situation, its booked in for sunday, been there before and they are reasonable and good quality. then Andy will be happier its done properly too!

Ye defo mate here is the one I bought http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/270846087432?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 tbh cant be much difference from the stock one it might be 2.25 for the precat up pipe. thats good to know that other people have nursed it to AFP because it looks like I will be goin 3" straight through no cats as the race cat DP i wanted was removed from ebay and its actually cheaper to get a decat dp and rear decat pipe in place and I could just swap the downpipe with my stock for mot's question is should the rear decat pipe be 2.5 bore or 3" and get a resonated one or not?

HI mate thanks for that, I have decided on a 3" 100 cell cat in the open mouth downpipe it will then connect to a 2.5 rear decat pipe(cos cant find any 3" on ebay)then will connecto a 3" pipe to back box, I have a 2.5" up pipe decat to go on also. then I am wondering how the hell I am gonna drive it for two hours to Andy without it doing something Ffff'D up on me lol
  12. it does help thanks for that, I did a little more reading too and a few scoobs are running with just a aftermarket downpipe which has a 100 cel sports cat in it and that still passes and mot, so should be cool with my rear cat left in situ, I dont really have tbh mate but I will run with the set up as stated and hope it passes theres a few wee tricks to help it pass anyway, will be interesting lol
  13. Guys booked in with Andy on 31st of July, as my rear cat back is throwing codes, now I am buying a open ended decat downpipe and decat up-pipe and will leave the rear cat(the last one) in place, should be ok for MOT time??? need to know real soon? Cheers Darrell

  15. I emailed andy forrest and he said he has bookings available from 31 july, 450 quid for remap, its also a two hour drove but I have been told he is good?? anyone used him??
