i did all mine some pushed out with my old heavy duty vice some i drilled out ... on some of them they have a inner sleeve you need to knock this out for the powerflex to fit ..

i agree with lewisscoob on this ,, you will have a tdo4 most mappers will go to 270bhp ish, no way will it reach 300,my mates been looking for a scooby for 2 weeks and so many keep saying 300bhp one evan said 380bhp till i looked at it and we walked away laughing i have a tdo5 16g full decat ,bigger top mount and samcos and 3 port and i got 320bhp at zen and my car has done 130000 ish miles ,but we think its had a rebuild in the last 3 years as he said it was too strong and too smooth with no piston slap or oil leaks at all

As title say`s ,been a very busy day changing my old refurbed tdo4 to a converted td05 16g for my subaru. it took a while like 6hrs as had to take all factory parts off ,took ages to take the cat off as i don`t think its ever been off, well anyway i,m all ready for my zen remap spec is as follows!!! sti top mount intercooler ,all samco boost pipes,hrc fuel pump,full decat exhaust system,3 port boost solinoid ,tdo5 16g,green panel filter with drilled out front airbox,full samco water hoses,ngk heat 7 spark plugs so should be good for over 300 bhp if anywon whats a refurbed td04 with no play at all let me know don,t want much for it

try zen in finedon near wellingborough, he does all rcm mapping and a few other places hopefully he will be doing mine around 25 june ,cant wait hope this helps

paul at zen is very busy with 2x time attack cars as i want mine remapped by him also,, been told late june is only time avaiable and thats with offewring him £100 more than he quated.. just as well was going for 270 bhp but picked up a cheap tdo5 so got that to fit should be good for 340bhp ish plus he moved from wellingborough to just down the road in finedon hope this helps

i got a td05 was just aiming for over 300bhp ,but after reading that its good upto 340bhp so i,m happy

i have had my uk turbo 2000 for nearly 2 years.. so far i done bigger newage intercooler with all new samcos,new samco water pipes,sti carbon strutbrace,green air filter,full stainless,new black lights and side lights,speaker foglight covers,new rad,new discs and pads,new front spoiler,resprayed wheels in matt black,aero catch`s on bonnet,full service,and a few gauges in side in air vents as i don,t like the middle pods. I really need to do a up to date picture theres loads missing
