Hi guys, I have decided to upgrade my turbo and want to know what to go for? I have bought equal length manifold/headers and up-pipe, a de-cat down pipe, and fitted a front mount intercooler. While all the old pipes are off the car i thought i may as well upgrade the turbo. Really i am after acceleration as i will be using the car for sprints and hillclimbing. I really don't know much about turbochargers so any info will be a great help. Thanks, Steveo. P.S The car is a 1997 STI Type R.

Hi guys, I am in the process of fitting new headers/maifolds to my impreza sti type r. While taking off the manifold up pipe I accidentatlly pushed in the half moon piece by the rocker gasket. Do I need a new gasket set or can I just take of the rocker cover and replace this piece and place this piece back into position? Any advice on this situation would be gratefully received. Everything was going so well up until this point and I am now extremely pissed off!! Cheers Steve

No PIES??? Meant no pipes

Hi guys, I am currently in the process of fitting my new front mount intercooler, this may be a silly question as i have no instructions, what happens with the standard dump/recirc valve? i have no pies to connect this to the new pipe work. Do i just blank it off? do i need to have one? Thanks guys, Steveo.
