I was just enquiring to see if anyone on the Forum has had the same Bad Experiance and lack of Knowledge from the Subaru Dealer in Canterbury, my car went in for an Oil Change and to investigate the Overheat Problem (it was still under Warrenty)they eventually had the Car for 6 weeks but they hardly ever contacted us to keep us informed we had to keep doing that.
Even though the car was under warranty we still had to pay over £500.00 to get the car back or sign a number of Disclaimers!!!is it only Subaru warranty that requires you to pay for damage caused by the failure of a part?.
Will never recommend Canterbury Subaru to other people and will never take my car back to them
