Hmmm will need to think if it's worth it to remove the 2nd cat, not wanting a massive droan in the cabin just something that sounds more beefy and hopefully get a little burble back!

Sorry should have made it a bit more clearer, I was thinking about removing the 2nd cat and keep the down pipe one. As for warranty work my car is outta the warranty period now so no need to worry about that. So basically removing the 2nd cat will not require a remap and won't damage the car in any way? Also will it bring anymore noise out of the standard exhausts? Thanks for the help folks

If I was to decat my sti hatchback on the standard exhaust, would it run fine or would it need remapped? Just after a bit more sound from the standard exhaust

Cool will look out for you, I'll probably look at the cobra exhaust for the hatch, or if I can source a prodrive exhaust cheap enough cause I love the sound of it.

On my previous car I had EBC Redstuff pads and EBC Turbogroove discs, I never had a problem with those. Its probably me just getting used to the brakes on the STi but I dont find them as responsive as my previous car

Hey Rab! Yeah the Mrs is loving it lol, so thats half the battle already. How long till you pick up yours now? Or still no word from DVLA? Those alloys are lovely! Dunno if I can justify spending that sorta money the now though, since I wanna get the handling and braking sorted on the hatch first. Hey Jamie, nah never bought it from Ian Grieve although I did look at a few in there. Was mainly dealing with Robert and Gav, and I cannot fault the service each time! Yeah was shocked at the price of the Rally Armour ones to be honest, but I've heard that they are the best qaulity so I dont mind paying it. Mods wise it'll take a good while to sort the car out but the plans are window tints, rear anti roll bar, anti lift kit and a fast road setup. Other exterior mods are the HT Auto's front splitter, rear diffuser and possibly the side lips from HT Auto's. Will see how Laura feels about an exhaust later on though lol! Whats your registration mate, I'll look out for you! Mine is AU08 CUO, give us a wave if you see me about!

Hey folks Ross here, live in Falkirk, Central Scotland. Recently picked up my subaru sti hatch on Saturday and so far I'm loving it! Not got any photo's of it yet, but will get some up ASAP. The hatch is in the fastest colour......silver lol and its on an 08 plate. The car is completely standard but I am looking at a set of rally armour mud flaps for it, shocked at the prices of them mind you lol! Regards, Ross
