  1. I hate my Falken 452s and I loved my Toyo T1Rs. Maybe it is because the 452s are on 18" wheels and 40% profile as opposed to 17" and 45%.

Quite possible mate, my Wagon handles very differently to what it did on 17 inch rims

  2. I'm quite sure that the tyres on mine are Falken 425's it could be 452. However they seem to give good grip and haven't had any problems. So far seem to be a good balance of tyre life and handling, however the best tyre I've ever used on a four wheel drive performance car were Yokohama Parada Spec 2.

I hope to get these next time I need tyres but they were out of stock when I needed them

  3. Im sorry but Im goin have to stand up and show ma love for Tokyo Drift.

This film has loads of brill things about it and has often cured my insomnia on a cold night.

For starters everyone loves a film in a film franchise that has no characters from the originals ( except small cameo at the end ), it really makes it feel that its following on from the previous films, which it doesnt.

Its got a guy playing a seventeen year old kid who was 23 when it was made but looks even older lol, its got crashes where people walk away from totalled cars with nothing more than a fat lip and a grin, its set in Japan, the home of JDM, its got neon lights at night, its got hot japanese chicks, its got cool cars, yes even the red evo is pretty nice, its got manga style villans, pretty cool tunes, teaching you how to drift where you get better as you learn montages ( we can all use these ), a character who dies yet returns in the next installment in the series, oh and did I mention hot japanese chicks, seriously what more do you need.

Tokyo Drift is frickin awesome with a capital AWE!

    I salute you......and goodnight! :icon_salut::stoned:

Lol.... Han is in the next installments as the films aren't in the right order if you watch them by release date

  4. 1. DRIVEN - sly stallone as a F1 driver. Such a poor film

    2. Tokyo Drift - pile of shit ...

    3. Drive - Crap all round.

    4. The Green Hornet

    5. the transporter- just pish!!

    6. the Original Death Race 2000 with Sly Stallone - OMG :icon_hang:

Any of the so called bike movies...

Biker Boys or Torque... Oh dear oh dear

I second that the original death race with Stallone is dire!

  5. I must admit I was thinking simple family affair really. But maybe we need to look at a small local AND a bigger national one. My initial reasons were to try and get some more locals joining up with us down here. If you think we can pull of a national as well lets make it "as well" not instead of eh?

Sounds good, have you spoken with Jerry with regards to a local one yet? Do you fancy a run up to Trax?

  6. got the scoob back today from the paint shop. YIPPEE. it's looking the business plus it had a full valet. even better they changed my broken front number plate free of charge. now thats what i call customer service. going to take her for spin :driving:

Cracking mate! You can't beat the feeling of thrashing a pristine motor

  7. Right guys! Great idea! Please tell me if it's not. We put a fab show of numbers up at Combe for all events and I don't see why we can't do this for others....

So I put it to you that we make our BBQ an end of season BBQ with camping and a few drinks too. I've a contact who has some land and facilities that we can possibly use if the right level of interest is shown. It's right next to the track at Silverstone.

So I propose that we have a drive out, and day out at Trax at Silverstone with camping and drinks after. Can probably camp the night before too if wanted to save silly o'clock drive up. Please show genuine interest and will start talks.

This could appeal as more of a club thing too rather then just SW which would be amazing!

  8. I will claim my first victim! I mean responsibility. I attacked (sorry placed the card) on your car about 11pm last night whilst walking the dog. I'm sure you were recording it as a uv type light came on attached to the garage.... Lol

I live just around the corner mate I drive a silver wagon hawk eye "06" welcome to the club and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have so far and this is my first scooby!

  9. I don't believe it needs that much planning. If its only a get-together for a BBQ and beer then all we need is location then the rest is up to the individual. If it works well then we can always do it as an end of season blow out before the rubbish weather kicks in.

Porlock seems a good Idea as for only £7 a night and all the amenities near by. Just bring your own bog roll.

Bog roll there too mate, but if your picky.... Lol
