Thanks i will change the coolant then! oil cap is fine (clean). After going out for a drive the rad top pipe is a bit hard and if i take the top of the left coolant tank water comes out. ???

just got my 1st impreza turbo (1996) and it looks like there is copper grease in the coolant tank. Please dont tell me its what i think it is?
