Top day, the late few nights organising the route and printing maps etc were well worth it to see Jakes face, His mum told me tonight as he went to bed he asked, will all the subarus be here in the morning to take me to school! So glad we were able to do a route that we all stayed together i was sooo worried about gettin split up i hardly slept last night lol. Top day one to remember and Jake wants to see you all again.

Hey folks car washed n polished then it rained here in sunny newquay sure the clouds here are watching us, just spoke to jakes mums to sort the marshalls and she is very exited along with all the neighbours i think, got a cool hoodie for jake kindly donated by Hunters in Newquay with a red scoby on back and front and silver Subaru Impreza Drivers Club on back, tis cool, just finished convoy maps and directions for u all just in case, c u all in the morning, drive safely

Yes we r rather exited it will be such a gud day, the guy i asked to film it for us is unfortunately ill but i will put the word out to see if i can get anone else to do it

Window stickers look cool, Jake will be well pleased cant wait to see his face, drove the route tdy and it was really busy down here i think we may cause chaos if its busy on sunday lol, there is only one set of traffic lights on the route and the police wont let us go through on red so just a bit worried bout splitting the convoy no way will we get all the cars through in one go, its a straight route to the school for the photo after the lights so may be easier to just run through it with you guys at morrisons or Jakes on Sun, what u think???

Hey Stu, just emailed you a street route for you to check out, ill try to sort location for the photos tom too and let you kno, also on the list im goin to call pirate and atlantic fm and i think jakes mum may have said she might try to get hold of spotlight local news team? but not sure so dont hold me to that, marshalls are being sorted Jakes mum managed to get some ill try for more, wasnt it kind of the police to tell us we need them today lol, and the officer authorising the run is away till Tues, that was good timing must have known i was going in to see them tdy lol. i have maps ready to go for all the cars which ill dish out at Morrisons, (Just in case), trying to sort the hody for Jake with SIDC and scooby on it will let you kno when iv got it we will get it courtesy of the Japanese Car Show, Newquay. Think thats all you need from me but anything else just text or whatever.

can do that route in two sections it would prob add 5 or 10 min on to route time but could work just means one short road we would go down twice but could do the full route you have on the map

Yeah no problem wil need to know exactly where you want to hit, basicly the route youve got you cant do as the one way splits into two sections, by the central bar you either have to go left into a one way toward bottom of town or right into main town there is no two way traffic whatsoever thru town and there is some automatic ballards thru part of the town you will need to check if they are automatic and recognise there is a car waiting and if they will stay down or if each car has to stop and wait the last ting you want is for one to pop up whilst you are over it. maybe i should nip into the police station Newquay with the map to sort it ??

That cornish police for ya lol unless they going to close the road for you, dont know if this wiil help but the one way system here is wierd from st georges road area the one way traffic travells towards the griffin but then the road opposite the traffic travels the opposite way to the end of town heading out to sainsburys and the headland road area,as far as i can see the rest of the route is two way traffic hope this helps and does not confuse you even more, other possibility is to do it the opposite way round maybe?

Just a thought guys, the road you take that leads you up to Tretherras school has some fairly large speed humps, my scooby will go over them but does scrape the exhaust if i dont angle the car right. also are the police shutting off the one way system in the town as your map shows the route going the opposite way? Im sure you got it all covered just thought id mention it in case of preventing any probs on the day

Chers m8, everyone said it was good for the first show so we are pleased, the drift day and show will be last weekend in aug and we are waiting for newquay airport to confirm for a location. once again thanks fro your support guys

Hia guys, Jake s mum approached me at school a couple of days ago and asked me if we would be involved as Jake took a shine to my scooby at school and had a sit in it, his mum and dad then brought him to our Japanese show at Hendra where he had his photos done in mine. Can we join you guys at the morrisons point in Newquay as we would like to be part part of this as we have seen first hand just how exited he is when he sees our scoobies and we would love to see his face when he sees all of u guys, what u are doing for Jake is brilliant and you will make him a very happy young man !!

we appreciate all your support guys its nice to meet up and have a chat, hopefully the drift day and jap meet will pull some guys in, anyone who bought tickets for the sunday show will get free entry as this will be to replace the sunday show, lookin at sun end aug or beg sept.
