    hi scnooby,had a 1993 wrx import for a couple of weeks.when checking levels noticed same kind of gunge in coolant tube neck.not heard any bubbling,but header tank cap has been leaking. how did you eventually diagnose thanks lee.

    hi only had this car couple of weeks went for a drive today,stopped at roundabout. when pulling away saw a puff of white smoke from under drivers side of bonnet.got home opened bonnet, just touched header cap and a foutain of water erupted. hope this is fauly cap and nothing more sinster?.your thoughts please guys
