  21. Trouble is the tyres will handle differently for the way you drive, the geometry of your car, the road conditions, the weight of the car etc etc etc, so a bit like insurance what is good for one driver may not be the same for another. I recently upgraded my brakes to KSport 8 pots and the calipers were very close to the rims of my 17" wheels which had new T1Rs on them. Many folks on here recommended the Falken 452s so when I bought the new 18" wheels I put the Falkens on - now wish I had not. However there is no saying that the Toyos would be any better with the same profile 40% as opposed to 45%. Even the extra 10mm width of the tyre might be the difference. I do know that the OEM Bridgestone RE050 were awful at tramlining on my car but the Toyos did not tramline. The Avon ZV5s I also tried were very bad with no grip in wet conditions. Trouble is you just will not know till you put them on and try them - then it is too late unless you are rich enough to be abke to replace them again.
  22. There are a few new members from the area who may like to go. For their info there is an absolutely huge carpark there. We may stop for coffee and V-Power at Route 38 on the way there if anyone needs to refuel just past Saltash! ‎ 1. SpecT 2. Wasbo 3. stimulant29 4. Jimmer 5. Beefoss 6. Criddy? 7. Chris Hall 8.
