  1. possibility you may have your boost turned up a bit too much. Try lowereing it a bit and see if it stops
  2. If you connect the 2 green plugs under the steering column and turn the ignition to on it will check the fuel pump, boost solenoid etc. You should be able to hear the pump, especially an uprated one. Failing that take the pipe off the fuel filter and crank it up and see if you have fuel coming out
  3. Hi, i need a replacment rear diff for my car which is a r160 6b 4.444. There seems to be quite a few variations of the r160 4.444 diff specifically the two numbers ie r160 ?? 4.444. Does anyone know which ones i can use or do i definatly have to use the r160 6b 4.444 ?
  4. Went through the correct procedure and it just wont work. I have done it before and it was fine. Ended up dis-connecting the battery and that worked finr, fault codes cleared and the car seems to be running well again, cheers lads
  5. Hi All. i have a ver3 sti v-limited wagon and after having a air flow sensor problem (sorted)i tried to reset the ecu. I firstly conected the black plugs to get the fault codes. Then i connected the green plugs to check the boost solenoid etc. I then connected the black plugs together and the green to reset the ecu to factory. Instead of the engine light coming on to begin the reset the ecu just began running the solenoid , fuel pump checks again. Does anyone have any ideas why the reset function would not be working? cheers
